Prototype Production
TI Electronic Llc. has a team for innovation and planning so besides assembly technologies, we can produce prototypes and turnkey products, and plan and create boxes. The designing of our products is performed with AutoCAD system complying with European standards and according to the demands of our customers.
The tools designed by ourselves and indispensable for injection molding, ferrite production, and cold casting are designed by the PRO ENGINEER program.
We manufacture high series and high precision mechanic metal spare parts for our customers with the machining center.
On our 5 injection moulding machines we make various spare parts up to 250 grams, according to the customers’ demands and we also manufacture coils and houses needed for the production of our self-designed inductive elements.
