In TI-Electronic, siamo anche specialisti nella produzione di nuclei realizzati con materiali nanocristallini. Questi materiali ci consentono di produrre elementi induttivi che soddisfano le crescenti esigenze di frequenza e temperatura di esercizio nell’elettronica moderna.
I nuclei nanocristallini hanno una permeabilità molto elevata da bassa a alta frequenza. Sono molto adatti per induttori di modo comune utilizzati come filtri EMC per comprimere il rumore di modo comune condotto. Rispetto ai tradizionali nuclei in ferrite, i nuclei nanocristallini hanno molti vantaggi come elevata induttanza, buona efficacia del filtro, dimensioni e volume ridotti, spire inferiori del filo di rame, consumo energetico inferiore ed elevata efficienza.
I nuclei nanocristallini sono la scelta migliore per l’applicazione di induttori di modo comune.
