Chez TI-Electronic, nous sommes également spécialisés dans la production de noyaux en matériaux nanocristallins. Ces matériaux nous permettent de produire des éléments inductifs qui répondent aux exigences toujours croissantes en matière de fréquence et de température de fonctionnement dans l’électronique moderne.
Les noyaux nanocristallins ont une perméabilité très élevée sur les basses et hautes fréquences. Ils sont très adaptés aux bobines d’arrêt en mode commun utilisées comme filtres CEM pour compresser le bruit de mode commun conduit. Par rapport aux noyaux de ferrite traditionnels, les noyaux nanocristallins présentent de nombreux avantages, comme une inductance élevée, une bonne efficacité de filtrage, une petite taille et un petit volume, un nombre de tours de fil de cuivre inférieur, une consommation d’énergie plus faible et un rendement élevé.
Les noyaux nanocristallins sont le meilleur choix pour l’application de bobines d’arrêt en mode commun.
